Judy is solidly founded in Women's Holistic and Integrative Medicine, and decades of practice in traditional midwifery as well as complementary approaches to women's health concerns. She addresses the root causes of common ailments. She encourages active involvement in one's healthcare, and a healthy lifestyle, and provides resources for information. Whenever possible she will utilize the beneficial natural remedies, and only when necessary or preferable, allopathic treatments are employed as a tool to break a vicious cycle and to enable a person to make healthy lifestyle choices. 

Judy offers a full range of women's health services, including well-woman / annual screening, diagnosis and treatment of specific problems and holistic assessment of state of being.
